This state funded independent living facility features a 32 unit senior housing complex as well as 32 multi-level townhouse units. The project incorporated many amenities such as a 1,000 SF Community Room, Meeting and Exercise Rooms, a Business Center, and lounge. The dramatic multi-level townhouses offer flexible floor plans, high ceilings, and 2nd level balconies. All units include a first floor office, master bedroom suite, additional bedroom, and a 4th floor reading room.
